1. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or therapeutic or diagnostic agents, and are not for human or veterinary use or consumption.
2. Qualified purchaser
By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or institution acquiring these materials for legitimate laboratory research. You agree they will be handled by trained personnel under appropriate laboratory conditions.
3. Assumption of risk
Research materials may be hazardous and must be handled only by qualified persons who assume all risk of handling and use. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and institutional safety requirements.
4. No resale; no human use
You agree not to resell, repackage, or distribute products for human or veterinary consumption, and not to make any human-use or therapeutic claim in connection with them.
5. Orders, pricing & billing
We may refuse or cancel any order. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Your bank or card statement will show a charge from OMNI BIOLOGICS.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMNI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of any product. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
