This Shipping & Handling policy describes how OMNI Biologics processes and ships research materials.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, via USPS. We do not ship to destinations where these research materials are restricted.
Processing & transit
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Compounds ship as sealed, lyophilized powder, packed to preserve material integrity in transit. Standard delivery is approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking lets you follow the shipment to delivery.
Research handling
All items are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. Upon receipt, store and handle according to standard laboratory practice for peptide reference materials.
Delivery issues
