Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused research materials in their original sealed packaging.
Non-returnable items
For safety and integrity, opened or unsealed research materials cannot be returned. Bacteriostatic/reconstitution solution and clearance items are final sale.
How to request a refund or return
Email info@omnibiologicsus.com with your order number and reason. Approved returns receive instructions; once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.
