ARA-290 10mg
ARA-290, also referred to as cibinetide, is a synthetic 11-amino-acid peptide derived from the helix B domain of erythropoietin. It does not engage the classical erythropoietin receptor complex and is instead characterized in biochemistry as a ligand of the innate repair receptor, a heteromer formed by the erythropoietin receptor and the beta-common (CD131) receptor. It appears in preclinical tissue-repair and neuro-immune signaling research, where in vitro and animal models examine innate-repair-receptor engagement and the associated inflammatory-signaling pathways it is studied against.
